Hello, I have the following sections in my home page:

Brief Biography

I received my B.A.Sc and M.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC, http://www.ustc.edu.cn) in 1982 and 1984 respectively. In my M.A.Sc. work, I produced the first digital SAR image in China in 1984. From 1984 to 1985, I was teaching in the Dept. of Radio and Electronics, USTC. I developed a microcomputer-based SAR simulation system in 1984.

In 1989, I received my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS). From 1988 to 1993, I worked in IECAS as an Assistant Research Professor. During this period, I was an assistant project leader, the group leaders for 3 sub-system, and a group co-leader for another sub-system in the project of real-time digital SAR imaging processor development. I was also the manager of a microcomputer application laboratory. From 1985 to 1993, I was a part time editor in the Publishing House of the People's Post & Telecommunications.

From 1993 to 1995, I was a research fellow in the Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing and Processing (CRISP), National University of Singapore (NUS), where I worked on SAR and InSAR processing and applications.

Since 1995, I have been a member of the Radar Remote Sensing Group (RRSG) at the University of British Columbia (UBC).

For more details, refer to my Detailed Biography please.
